We are hiring: Receptionist/Administrator

 

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our expanding team as a Receptionist and Administrator

Main Responsibilities:

•To greet clients and visitors, handle their enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons
•Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
•Compose, type, and distribute correspondence, reports and legal documents
•Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
•Take dictation by digital machine, and transcribe information and other applications
•Save and scan all incoming post
•Make copies of correspondence and other printed material
•Schedule and confirm appointments for clients: booking meeting rooms and preparing refreshments
•Ordering stationary and maintaining office stock levels and supplies
•General administrative duties relating to this post

Skills required:

•Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
•The ability to organise & prioritise tasks and manage delegated projects
•Well presented, confident and the ability to work well under pressure
•Can take ownership of and comfortable making decisions
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £15,000 to £16,000/year depending on experience
