Residential Plot Sales Paralegal
We are looking to recruit an experienced conveyancing paralegal with plot sales experience for our busy residential conveyancing department with training offered (if desired) in residential conveyancing with a view longer term to a residential fee earning role.

Specific Skills:
- Liaising with Estate agents/developers/buyers lawyers
- Requesting redemption figures/liaising with lenders to release plots from security
- Assisting in the preparation of the sale contract pack
- Reporting to clients with contracts to sign
- Dealing with buyers lawyer enquiries
- Proficient in Excel for weekly reports to developer
- Great attention to detail
- Polished telephone manner
- Highly organised
The role is permanent and you would be required to work full-time
