The Role: Administrator/Receptionist
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Booking meetings
• Arranging couriers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Sorting and distributing post
• Preparing bundles for court
• Copy and audio typing
• Preparing letters of correspondence for fee earners, mostly for the litigation depart-ment
• Ensuring filing up to date and files are in an orderly manner
• Ordering stationary and any other office requirements
• Assisting with queries in the absence of team members
• Preparing refreshments for guests and staff
• Any other ad hoc, reasonable duties as and when required
Skills:
• Minimum 65 WPM typing speed
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Personal Attributes:
• Well-organised
• Friendly and polite
• Efficient and able to multi-task
• Self-motivated
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Salary:
£15,000-16,000 depending on experience
