Residential Legal Assistant
We are looking to recruit an experienced legal assistant with residential experience for our busy residential conveyancing department.

Specific Skills:
- Post completion requirements to include experience of HMLR Registrations and requisitions
- Stamp Duty Returns
- Liaising with Estate agents/lender/borrower
- Requesting redemption figures
- Assisting in the preparation of the sale contract pack
- Assisting in reporting to clients with contracts to sign
- Submission of searches
- Supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status
- Great attention to detail
- Polished telephone manner
- Highly organised
The role is permanent and you would be required to work full-time, the role is office based.
